TRU is a med surg tele scope of service. We receive patients as a “swarm” (nurses and CNAs), like a code team response, then cohort patients into nursing assignments. We quickly get provider to bedside, finish workup, admission and triage them to final inpatient bed. We help level load across the Legacy system, take transfers from across the PNW, and support other departments at Good Sam as needed for throughput.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care aligned with Legacy Health standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
  • Advocate for patients with education and emotional support.
  • Utilize electronic health systems for efficient care.


Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN preferred (or in progress).
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience or completed residency.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and EHR skills.
