Aquatics Manager at Sunshine Communities – Maumee, Ohio
About This Position
SUMMARY:
Provide leadership and day-to-day management to the Activity Center at Sunshine. This includes developing and marketing our recreational and aquatic programs to both the community and other organizations while coordinating activities for aquatics, the multisensory room and gym.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree four-year college or university strongly preferred and one or more years' experience in pool management, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- One or more years' experience in supervision strongly preferred
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, frequently reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Occasionally exposed to blood borne pathogens
- Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's license and Proof of auto insurance

About Sunshine:
Sunshine Communities, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Northwest Ohio supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through residential, vocational, clinical, therapeutic, and recreational services.
