We are currently looking for a General Manager, White Label in EMEA.In this role, you will lead and scale a fast-growing White Label SaaS business, overseeing full P&L, strategy, and execution across a complex, cross-functional organization. You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to build API-first, plug-and-play solutions that enable partners to resell software at scale. This position requires a hands-on, strategic leader capable of setting vision, driving alignment across multiple teams, and using data and customer insights to guide growth. You will act as a thought leader for the White Label business, ensuring operational excellence, scalable processes, and high-quality delivery. - Own and scale the White Label business end-to-end, including P&L responsibility, growth strategy, and operational execution
- Build a scalable SaaS business serving ISV partners and enabling them to deliver solutions to their clients
- Define vision and strategy for White Label, aligning product, engineering, sales, and GTM teams on a unified roadmap
- Drive cross-functional alignment across 60+ product teams, making White Label a first-class priority
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver API-first solutions that reduce onboarding friction and manual effort
- Lead hands-on execution to unblock progress, validate solutions, and accelerate outcomes
- Use data and customer insights to prioritize investments, evolve product offerings, and ensure measurable business impact
- Act as the internal and external thought leader for White Label, ISV partnerships, and market opportunities
- Ensure operational excellence, scalable processes, and quality delivery as the business grows
- 15+ years of experience in operations, general management, or human capital management
- Proven track record of hands-on leadership scaling high-growth businesses and owning P&L at a senior or executive level
- Experience building and scaling SaaS, platform, or API-driven products
- Ability to lead complex, global, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy, translating insights into clear strategy and execution
- Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Outstanding communication, executive presence, and credibility with C-suite and cross-functional partners
- Nice to have: experience in high-growth tech companies, HR tech, ISV/channel partnerships, or embedded/white-label solutions
