What You’ll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information
Set and confirm appointments
Deliver clear, professional presentations over the phone or Zoom
Explain benefit options and answer basic questions
Complete digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
