· Manage all aspects of customer’s fulfillment business including order processing, fulfillment accuracy, billing and inventory control with/without office team
· Escalation point of contact with external customer providing prompt, courteous and efficient customer service. Ensure process for customer orders in accordance to customer/UNIS specification and requirements
· Key contact with customer groups, including development and deployment of new or revised processes to meet customer goals and satisfaction
· Ensure orders are received and processes for releasing, including system update and customer notification
· Proactively assess possible delays or complications and plan strategies for office process improvement
· Assure proper invoicing of accounts through customer activity reports. Furnish shipping and tracking information to customers as required.
· Maintain positive customer relationship by responding to all escalated inquiries and complaints regarding shipments, billing, or inventory.
· Provide clerical support services as required by customer, grooming team on generating custom reports and responding to specific needs
· Develop and implement system procedures or best practices to improve customer service efficiency with team
· Follows quarterly and/or annual physical inventories with team; provides inventory reports
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned by Management
· Work with the back-office support team proactively
· Audit performance on the office and ensure all process is followed per UNIS requirements
· Manage the office operations and compliance daily
· Groom the office team for growth and success
· Create daily or weekly reports for forecasts and project with the team

Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present an influence key stakeholder at all levels of an organization, including executive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven multi-tasking ability on account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant background experience.
Job Competency / Qualifications
Education/ Training:
- High School diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Experience:
- Five (5) years professional work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Warehouse Fulfillment or related field required.
- Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) preferred.
