This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI-driven go-to-market systems. You will be responsible for designing and scaling revenue-generating marketing engines rather than traditional lead generation functions. The role blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution in automation and AI workflows. You will build and optimize full-funnel demand generation systems that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue. Working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, you will collaborate closely with sales and GTM teams. This position is ideal for a builder who thrives on experimentation, systems thinking, and measurable business impact.
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, focusing on pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and brand channels, with direct accountability for MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution.
- Design and implement AI-driven marketing systems using tools such as Clay, Claude, and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) to build scalable, signal-based growth engines.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns with clear attribution to revenue, continuously optimizing CAC, cost per MQL, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Build and maintain integrated GTM workflows leveraging CRM systems, enrichment tools, and automation layers to improve targeting, personalization, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and ensure alignment across the full go-to-market motion.
- Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Clay (mandatory) and demonstrated experience using Claude for marketing automation, content generation, or GTM workflows (mandatory).
- Experience building or scaling automated marketing systems, preferably in B2B SaaS or outbound-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms, attribution models, and revenue-focused marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to own budgets, optimize unit economics, and operate with a performance-first mindset.
- Nice to have: experience in startups or agencies, familiarity with tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, or n8n, and exposure to RevOps or GTM Engineering teams.
