- Lead and evolve multi-year growth strategies across a portfolio of enterprise B2B clients, aligning executive stakeholders on investment, objectives, and execution roadmaps.
- Own and nurture C-level client relationships, ensuring trust, retention, and proactive management of churn risks through structured account governance.
- Oversee integrated cross-channel planning across accounts, ensuring consistency in strategy, measurement, and investment allocation.
- Review, refine, and approve senior-level strategic plans, including channel mix, forecasting assumptions, and performance trade-offs.
- Lead executive presentations, pitches, and strategic discussions in partnership with business development and senior leadership.
- Drive adoption of product-led insights and measurement tools, ensuring teams use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, finance, and operations teams to improve measurement frameworks, forecasting accuracy, and delivery quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams and develop senior leaders, ensuring strong performance management, succession planning, and capability building.
- Oversee portfolio financial performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, margin expectations, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or client leadership roles managing large enterprise accounts.
- 6+ years of experience leading teams of managers and individual contributors, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships, including C-suite engagement and complex stakeholder alignment.
- Strong expertise in cross-channel digital marketing (Search, Social, Display, Retail Media, Commerce, or similar ecosystems).
- Deep understanding of measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality, attribution, and performance forecasting.
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of margins, pricing structures, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting.
- Experience translating complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar client engagements in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
