H43 Valet Attendant at Hotel 43, LLC – Boise, Idaho

As a Valet Attendant at Hotel 43, you’ll be the first impression and the last farewell — parking with care, welcoming with warmth, and helping guests move through their stay with ease.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet all arriving guests with a warm and professional welcome; open vehicle doors, assist with unloading luggage, and escort hotel and Chandler’s guests as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and in designated areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow in the hotel driveway.
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival and record any preexisting damage, accurately noting guest name, make, and model.
• Assist guests with loading or unloading items and provide support with directions, local recommendations, and hotel information.
• Complete bell-service requests as needed.
• Immediately report all incidents, vehicle damage, or safety concerns to management or the Shift Lead.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 19 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents).
• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a wide variety of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure or during peak traffic periods.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle functions and minor troubleshooting.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance in accordance with company grooming standards.

Hiring for morning shift: 6AM-2PM

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, run, and walk for extended periods of time, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items (ex: luggage) weighing up to 50 pounds
