About This Position

Are you a sharp, driven paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? We're looking for a Pre-Suit Paralegal to join our personal injury team and play a pivotal role in building strong cases before litigation ever begins.

You'll be the engine behind our pre-suit operations — opening insurance claims, communicating with clients and insurance carriers, requesting medical records, bills, and liens, and coordinating demand letters with our attorneys. Most importantly, you'll proactively manage your caseload, staying ahead of deadlines and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior personal injury paralegal experience, preferably in a pre-suit or insurance claims setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload
  • Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $50,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our firm believes in rewarding hard work and dedication. Employees have the opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses, as well as an end-of-year bonus based on meeting KPIs and overall performance — giving you a real opportunity to grow your earnings alongside your career.
