Part-Time Weekend Position

Saturday and Sunday

This role is primarily scheduled for weekend coverage, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday hours based on availability to support staffing needs.

Responsibilities and Duties for Parking Attendants:

• Provide excellent service and directions for patrons of Beverly Connection
• Assist with transactions/gate/ticket issues as they arise
• Be present, visible, and available to assist with parking patrons
• Assist parkers with directions and traffic flow
• Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
• Courteous and friendly
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Some cleaning is required

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Attendants:

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
• Reliable access to the internet and transportation
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
