Maintenance Technician Full-Time & Weekends at OCI Hospitality – Holly Springs, North Carolina

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Daily duties will be consistent. We maintain the entire building over 6-month intervals. Some items require weekly or monthly maintenance. Organization skills are paramount.
