• Maintain and support enterprise-grade applications built on CA Plex, ensuring system stability and reliability across environments
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Design and deliver enhancements, including updates to workflows, business rules, batch processes, and user interfaces
• Manage and evolve CA Plex model-driven architecture, including object updates, regeneration, and deployment
• Optimize database performance through advanced SQL Server and T-SQL development, including query tuning and data corrections
• Support integrations with external systems and contribute to modernization efforts through API-based architectures (REST, SOAP, XML)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing technical guidance
• Produce clear documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives for internal teams and modernization programs

• 15+ years of experience in application development, including extensive work with enterprise or legacy systems
• Strong expertise (15+ years) in CA Plex or similar model-driven development tools
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL, including performance tuning and large-scale data management
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical systems with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and microservices architectures
• Background in case management or jury management systems, ideally within public sector or judicial environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bonus: Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, data warehousing, .NET generation, or security tools
