Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operating a wide range of machinery equipment
- Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications
- Assemble boxes for filling with finished product
- Seal, label and palletize finished product
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure a positive work environment to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Must be reliable and maintain open communication with management to achieve all goals and production requirements
- Maintaining a clean, neat and organized work areas
- Utilize equipment to receive and complete product movement requests
- Follow regulations, safety guidelines, and company procedures at all times
- Working overtime when necessary. Overtime is a condition of employment
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills·
- Ability to build professional, internal relationships
- Able to follow standard work regulations
- ·Must be able to work in a hot non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment·
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment a plus
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality is required.
- You must be able to stand on your feet for an 8-hour shift in a seasonally changing warehouse environment
- Bending, lifting and kneeling
Experience:
One year of manufacturing experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
