insight for strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping our financial
future.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
general ledger, payroll, investor reporting, loan covenant and tax compliance.
 Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for
senior management and external stakeholders.
 Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring internal controls to
safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and other
relevant standards.
 Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing
actionable insights and recommendations.
 Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within
the finance function.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and
identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
 Stay current with changes in accounting regulations, technology, and best
practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
 Support the CFO and executive leadership with special projects and strategic
initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
 Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
 Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
 Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
 Strong technical skills, including proficiency with accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel capabilities.
 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
 Commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality.
What We Offer
 Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health,
dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
 The chance to make a real impact in a company that values integrity,
transparency, and excellence.

consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin,
gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status. We celebrate
