What You’ll Do

• Previous picker/packer experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Experience using RF (RFC) scanning guns
• Basic shipping experience (labels, carriers, order verification)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment setting

• Prior fulfillment or distribution center experience
• Familiarity with shipping software and common carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
• Basic computer skills
