This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow strategic client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a French-speaking Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to solve complex challenges and deliver value that aligns with each client’s objectives. This position requires a mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and execution-focused project management, all while ensuring a superior customer experience. You will interact with diverse teams and clients, helping them optimize processes, adopt solutions, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, problem-solving, and the ability to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations to maintain and grow client relationships
- Retain and increase revenue within a managed book of business while ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct business reviews with strategic clients to align on goals, performance, and success metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and referral opportunities to expand the book of business and drive revenue growth
- Deliver a consistent, high-touch client experience, balancing strategic account management with operational excellence
- Implement repeatable processes to maximize efficiency and ensure successful adoption of products and services
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- 1+ year of outside sales experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage projects involving input from multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented with a metrics-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience presenting technical product features to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cold-calling and B2B transactional sales
- Previous SaaS or software sales experience
- Familiarity with construction or real estate industries
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
Benefits:
