The Senior Front-End Software Engineer will work autonomously within collaborative product pods, driving front-end initiatives from planning to production while contributing to scalable and maintainable architectures. You will directly impact the user experience of intelligent customer service tools, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in React and TypeScript, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a distributed, agile environment. This contract role emphasizes innovation, execution, and ownership, with opportunities to contribute to technical discussions, peer reviews, and product design. Remote work is supported, with occasional on-site collaboration for team alignment and project kickoff.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end components using React, TypeScript, and JSX
• Translate design concepts and user requirements into scalable, high-performance code
• Independently manage workstreams, from planning through production deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and unblock progress
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions to maintain engineering standards
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the front-end codebase
• Support integration with REST APIs and other backend services as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and JSX with a solid understanding of component design and state management
• Experience in modern front-end architectures and scalable application development
• Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git) and REST API integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed agile teams
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to execute independently in complex technical environments
• Nice to have: experience with prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), or enterprise SaaS customer service tools
