Front Counter Associate - NEFCO Repairs at NEFCO Construction Supply LLC – Phoenix, Arizona

Reports to – Rentals & Repairs Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc.
• Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers
• Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation
• Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred
• Must be reliable
• Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks
• Experience in handling difficult customer service situations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Analytical ability including basic math skills
