The position is responsible for driving end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the growth organization, shaping revenue strategy through advanced modeling, forecasting, and performance insights. It also oversees global FP&A operations, ensuring consistency in reporting, tools, and processes across regions. The role combines hands-on financial expertise with leadership of a distributed international team, supporting scalable and sustainable business growth.
In this role, you will own the financial planning and analysis strategy for the company’s growth functions, ensuring accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and alignment with enterprise objectives. You will lead revenue modeling and performance analytics while partnering closely with commercial teams to optimize growth decisions and resource allocation.
- Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process across all products, regions, and customer segments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models covering ARR, churn, upsell, new bookings, CAC, and LTV
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to evaluate growth drivers and support strategic decision-making
- Deliver executive-level reporting and board-ready financial insights on revenue performance and business trends
- Lead and develop a global FP&A organization, ensuring consistency in methodologies, tools, and reporting standards across regions
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and analytical frameworks to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A leadership experience in SaaS or software environments, with strong expertise in subscription-based business models and revenue analytics. You combine technical financial modeling capability with strong executive presence and the ability to influence across global teams.
- 10–15+ years of experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or commercial finance within SaaS, software, or technology-driven companies
- Proven expertise in subscription revenue models and key SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV
- Strong experience leading and scaling global or multi-regional finance teams
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills with proficiency in Excel and FP&A tools such as Oracle NSPB or NetSuite
- Strong business partnering skills with Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities for senior leadership audiences
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into strategic insights
- Competitive base salary aligned with senior leadership roles in the SaaS industry (approximately $150,000 – $175,000 USD range, depending on experience)
