Position Summary
As a Production Craftsman, you will play a key role in creating high-quality products that turn emotions into memories for our customers. This role focuses on assembling and producing items with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail while meeting established production standards.

What You’ll Do

• Follow work orders and production instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail
• Handle materials and products carefully to minimize damage
• Maintain accurate production and shipping updates
• Support workflow efficiency by reviewing schedules and prioritizing tasks
• Cross-train in other areas to support team needs and improve flexibility
• Contribute ideas for process improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in a production or assembly environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Reaching, grasping, and repetitive movement

Work Environment & Schedule

• Clean, indoor, climate-controlled facility
• Schedule may vary based on business needs, including occasional extended hours
