Job Overview

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute complex commercial plumbing installations in strict accordance with local codes and blueprints.

  • Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within specified quality standards.

  • Operate standard tools and materials of the trade while maintaining rigorous safety precautions.

  • Coordinate with field leadership to resolve technical on-site challenges and prevent project delays.

  • Mentor junior team members by demonstrating expert methods in pipe handling and fixture installation.

  • Maintain the company's reputation for excellence through detailed craftsmanship and professional communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Active Journeyman Plumbing License.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

  • Proven proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical project specifications.

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle the physical demands of the trade.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 4 years of experience specifically within commercial mechanical construction.

  • Demonstrated desire to advance into a Job Site Superintendent or Project Manager role.

  • Experience working on prevailing wage projects.
