Job Title: QA Lead (AI Experience)
Location: Secaucus, NJ (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced QA / Quality Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end quality delivery while leading QE transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong automation mindset, leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance BAU delivery with modernization efforts, including AI-driven quality practices.

• Lead QA/QE teams and own quality outcomes across releases and programs
• Manage day-to-day BAU activities: planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness
• Conduct QE assessments and define continuous improvement and transformation roadmaps
• Drive automation strategy across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted QE practices to enhance speed and efficiency
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle
• Provide clear reporting on quality status, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders

• 10–14 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
• Proven experience leading QA teams in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Cypress
  • (Exposure to Tricentis Tosca is a plus)
• Experience in API and integration testing
• Strong experience in QA/QE assessments and defining improvement roadmaps
• Ability to manage BAU delivery alongside transformation initiatives

• Experience with AI-led or intelligent QE practices
• Experience driving QE transformation programs
• Exposure to cloud-based testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
