Head of Digital Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Digital Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and optimizing a best-in-class digital acquisition engine. You will take ownership of the entire pre-conversion journey, shaping how users discover, engage with, and convert through digital channels. Operating at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, you’ll design seamless, high-performing user experiences that drive measurable growth. The role offers a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where experimentation and AI-powered tools are central to success. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align acquisition strategies with product experience while mentoring a small, high-performing team. This is an opportunity to influence both immediate revenue outcomes and long-term customer experience at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize the marketing website as the primary conversion engine, improving performance across all pre-conversion touchpoints
  • Lead website infrastructure evolution, including CMS migration and scalable landing page experimentation programs
  • Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies, including optimization for emerging AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Design and manage end-to-end prospect journeys, ensuring seamless transitions from awareness to conversion across channels
  • Build and implement advanced analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards to guide decision-making
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing efforts, including acquisition, nurture, retention, and re-engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, user experience, and growth initiatives
  • Manage and mentor team members while prioritizing development and design resources effectively
  • Establish KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, and organic traffic growth, and report insights to leadership
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous optimization, and data-driven strategy
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in conversion rate optimization and organic growth
  • Proven leadership experience managing digital experience functions in direct-to-consumer environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and traffic growth
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools for website optimization, content updates, and analysis without engineering reliance
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, technical optimization, and modern discovery platforms, including AI search ecosystems
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Google Analytics, Looker, Ahrefs, Braze, Unbounce, and similar platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including designers and development workflows
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven product influence
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred); industry experience in health tech or wellness is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)
  • Flexible remote work arrangements across the USA or Canada
  • Generous and flexible paid time off policies
  • Access to health and wellness programs and services
  • Learning and development budget for continuous growth
  • Opportunity to work with a high-performing, mission-driven team
  • Long-term incentives including extended stock option exercise windows
