This leadership role sits at the core of large-scale healthcare technology delivery, combining operational oversight, project execution, and strategic customer engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and performance of advanced radiology services across healthcare systems, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and client strategy. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and execute structured project roadmaps that support both business growth and service excellence. You will act as a key point of contact for complex implementations, ensuring alignment between customer needs, contractual obligations, and operational delivery. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will capture client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for future innovation. This is a high-impact position where leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination directly influence patient care outcomes and organizational success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end operational execution and project management for complex healthcare service implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and governance tools for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee deployment and operational success of radiology service offerings, ensuring alignment with contractual and performance expectations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key liaison for strategic accounts and executive stakeholders
  • Capture and analyze customer feedback (“Voice of the Customer”) to inform product development and service improvements
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of project progress, pipeline, and operational metrics
  • Prepare and oversee operational budgets to support growth targets and resource planning
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and service delivery standards
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in service performance
  • Support sales-to-operations handover processes and ensure smooth transition of new projects into execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or implementation roles within healthcare or health systems environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare service line operations, ideally within radiology or clinical services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and deliver structured project outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers such as P&L, budgeting, and operational planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and project management tools
  • Ability to travel regionally approximately 30% of the time
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities effectively
  • Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work across technical, clinical, and business teams

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range from 143,200 to 196,900 USD depending on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer support
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and additional flexible leave options
  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid transportation or parking benefits where applicable
  • Opportunity to work on mission-driven healthcare innovations with global impact
  • Exposure to advanced medical technology and large-scale healthcare transformation projects
  • Career development opportunities within a global organization
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture.
