This position operates in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment where innovation, experimentation, and measurable impact are essential. It is ideal for a marketing leader passionate about combining digital growth expertise with purpose-driven work.

- Manage and optimize paid media investments across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others to drive efficient audience growth.
- Build and improve email and lifecycle marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
- Oversee testing and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, messaging experiments, funnel improvements) to enhance conversion and engagement performance.
- Collaborate closely with communications, development, and events teams to align messaging, campaigns, and fundraising priorities.
- Lead engagement and conversion strategies, including landing pages, content journeys, and digital activation pathways.
- Design retention and stewardship strategies to increase lifetime value and deepen supporter relationships.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and internal marketing staff while ensuring alignment with overall strategy and performance goals.
- Monitor performance analytics and KPIs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and audience growth outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, audience acquisition, fundraising growth, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven experience building and managing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth in audience and revenue.
- Strong expertise in paid media, email marketing, CRM systems, audience segmentation, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across marketing, communications, and development teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, public policy, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
- Passion for climate, clean energy, or social impact work is highly valued.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
- Retirement savings contributions.
- Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
- Remote-friendly work environment aligned with U.S. East Coast hours.
- Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization focused on climate impact.
