- Plan, manage, and execute product development cycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with business objectives and OKRs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and product enhancements
- Prioritize backlog items, define sprint goals, and monitor progress while removing blockers
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and validation of new product ideas
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience
- Track user behavior, build reports and dashboards, and leverage insights to improve product performance
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure timely resolution of product and operational challenges
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a web development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum frameworks, and OKR-driven product management
- Experience working with subscription-based products or platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with back-office tools, admin systems, and data-driven product environments
- Technical understanding of development processes, tools, and terminology
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote, collaborative setting
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
