What you'll do

• Perform oil changes, brakes, tires, and maintenance with precision
• Diagnose and repair issues using proven, methodical processes
• Handle engine work and deeper repairs with confidence
• Complete welding work as needed
• Keep your workspace organized and efficient
• Lead by example and help develop B and C Techs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto repair experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
• Reliable, steady work ethic—someone the team can count on
• Takes pride in clean, accurate, consistent work
• Comfortable following systems and processes
• Leadership mindset (formal or informal)
