Job Description

Description: Description

Axiom Learning is looking for a highly motivated School Success Specialist to support K-12 schools in successfully implementing our transformative software products. Founded by Harvard alumni, Axiom has built tools that help students who struggle the most—particularly those with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Executive Functioning Deficit, and other learning challenges. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to ensure our partner schools receive outstanding support and implementation guidance.

The School Success Specialist will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting K-12 school districts as they integrate Axiom’s software solutions into their educational programs. You will work closely with school administrators, educators, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology adoption and, crucially, to provide instructional guidance that helps schools integrate Executive Functioning (EF) teaching and resources into their core instructional offerings. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing student outcomes and helping schools maximize the impact of Axiom’s technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Lead quarterly check-in meetings to proactively guide successful implementation.
  • Lead continuous Professional Development (PD) sessions for educators focused on building teacher education and Executive Functioning (EF) expertise, distinct from onboarding training.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for educators and school leaders to ensure effective adoption of Axiom’s software. (Occasional in-person sessions)
  • Provide instructional coaching to Points of Contact (POCs) and teachers, helping them understand how to deliver lessons effectively and integrate the skills taught into other academic classes.
  • Provide prompt troubleshooting support and technical assistance to ensure smooth and timely software operation.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop tailored implementation plans for each district.
  • Monitor software usage and effectiveness, proactively identifying challenges and providing solutions.
  • Gather feedback from school partners and work with the product team to enhance software features and usability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and IT teams to ensure long-term success.
  • Document training sessions, user concerns, and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with trends in K-12 education technology and special education to provide informed support.
Requirements: Requirements

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience in education technology implementation or working in a K-12 school district setting (e.g., instructional coaching, IT support, special education support).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to guide non-technical users.
  • Excellent customer service communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage educators and school leaders.
  • Understanding of Special Education needs and how technology can support diverse learners (preferred but not required).
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support fast-growing educational programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple school partnerships simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training and support.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment dedicated to transforming education.
  • Ongoing training in neuropsychology and learning sciences to support student development.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment where innovation is valued.

If you’re passionate about education technology and want to make a direct impact on student success, we’d love to hear from you!
