Honda of The Bronx is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to help lead and grow

our parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive parts professional

to take ownership of a high-volume operation under new ownership and management, with a

strong focus on process, profitability, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department (retail, wholesale, and internal)

 Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, returns, and ordering to maximize profitability

 Drive wholesale parts growth and maintain strong relationships with body shops and

independent repair facilities

 Work closely with Service, Sales, and accounting departments to ensure smooth

operations

 train, coach, and manage parts staff for performance and accountability

 Ensure compliance with Honda standards and manufacturer policies

 Maintain accurate pricing, bin locations, and inventory controls

 Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers

Qualifications:

 Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Automotive Assistant Parts Manager (Honda

experience strongly preferred but not needed)

 Some knowledge of wholesale parts operations

 Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS required

 Proven ability to manage inventory and control obsolescence

 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment

 Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
