To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree
• 45-Hour Child Growth and Development (preferably, we can provide training)
• Must be local to Kendall area
• Minimum one year experience
• Position is full time, 7:30am-3:3pm
• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff regarding daily activities and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
