Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30am – 4:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is mainly done by phone, email and through the internet.

Essential Functions:

• General clerical duties (i.e. answer all calls in a timely, friendly manner, greet customers, manage emails, transfer messages and emails to the appropriate people)
• Assist in processing daily orders from phone calls, emails, website and other online sources in the Company’s ERP system.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer base.
• Provide daily support for the inside sales team and manufacturing team.
• Credit orders as necessary.
• Manage receipt of proof of deliveries.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• All other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma with customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Computer Skills: Advanced – Microsoft Excel, ERP experience preferred.
