Customer Care Representative
Department: Inside Sales

Reports To: Inside Sales Manager
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Amount of Travel Required: None

POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is mainly done by phone, email and through the internet.

Essential Functions:
- General clerical duties (i.e. answer all calls in a timely, friendly manner, greet customers, manage emails, transfer messages and emails to the appropriate people)
- Assist in processing daily orders from phone calls, emails, website and other online sources in the Company’s ERP system.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer base.
- Provide daily support for the inside sales team and manufacturing team.
- Credit orders as necessary.
- Manage receipt of proof of deliveries.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- All other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma with customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Computer Skills: Advanced – Microsoft Excel, ERP experience preferred.
