We are currently seeking a Cashier / Warranty Clerk to be the face of our dealership and ensure a positive and efficient experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers warmly and professionally Processing transactions accurately and efficiently Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments Balancing the cash register at the end of each shift Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies Verify all necessary documentation, including repair orders, parts, and labor for warranty claims Work closely with the service and parts department to ensure warranty guidelines are met Maintain knowledge of current warranty policies, guidelines, and procedures Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Basic math skills Willing to work Sundays, with alternative days off Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with dealership management systems A positive, team-oriented attitude Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits: Competitive compensation of $14 - $15 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth within the Murgado Automotive Group Apply today and be part of our dynamic team!
