You’ll act as a trusted advisor—understanding each client’s business needs, delivering exceptional service, and aligning Docufree’s solutions to help them achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:🔹 Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Develop deep understanding of each client’s business goals and operational challenges.Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.🔹 Account Strategy & GrowthCollaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored document management solutions.Support renewals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.Drive revenue growth through relationship expansion and value-added recommendations.🔹 Operational ExcellenceEnsure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in CRM systems.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and process efficiency.🔹 Other Duties as AssignedParticipate in client reviews, special projects, and company initiatives that support continuous improvement.What You Need to Succeed:✔ Key Competencies:Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong business acumen with a client-focused mindsetProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools✔ Qualifications:3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar roleExperience in document management, SaaS, or B2B service environments preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferredDemonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
