Pay Range: $18 per hour + $1/shift differential

Schedule: 10-hour shifts

1st Shift - 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon - Thurs, with overtime on the weekends

3rd Shift - 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Mon - Thurs, with overtime on the weekends

Position Overview:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operating, programming, and setting up various milling machines. Responsible for supporting production at a well-established manufacturer that builds industrial machinery used worldwide. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in running equipment the right way, maintaining quality standards, and being part of a team that values consistency and safety. Attention to detail, ability to work in small teams or independently, and mechanical aptitude are skills that will make a candidate successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operating multiple production machines to meet output goals

Performing daily machine inspections and following all safety protocols

Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as needed

Loading and unloading materials to keep production moving efficiently

Accurately recording labor and production data in the ERP system

Packing finished products and preparing them for shipment

Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused

Providing production counts to support inventory tracking

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience

Experience working with metal is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on overnight shifts

Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset
