Overtime available Fridays and some Saturdays

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Asheville. In this role, you'll run multiple machines, maintain high-quality production, and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do:
• Inspect machines daily to ensure safety standards are met
• Operate multiple machines efficiently to maximize output
• Monitor production quality and follow established protocols
• Load and unload products, keeping operations seamless
• Record labor and production data in the ERP system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Provide quantity data to support inventory management

What You Bring:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience with metal is a plus
