• Cook rice and soup for service.
• Prep salad, vegetables, meats, and seafoods throughout shift.
• Wash dishes in dish machine according to Stix's procedure.
• Stock clean dishware in its proper locations.
• Clean pots and pans in three-compartment sink.
• Help set carts for Hibachi chefs when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness on kitchen lines.
• Put away product deliveries.
• Ensure proper labeling and rotation of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-in freezer, cooler, and dry storage.
• Help busser clean dirty tables and maintain restroom and exterior cleanliness as needed.
• Perform rigorous cleaning and maintenance duties and physically demanding work.
• Perform job duties that are dirty.
• Complete maintenance duties that may require ladders like changing air filters and dusting crown moldings, etc.
• Take out trash, break down boxes and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area.
• Follow all policies and food safety procedures.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
