In this role, youll be responsible for converting design intent into precise, shop-ready engineering documents and machining data. • Develop accurate and efficient Cabinet Vision engineering models, including machining data and production-ready drawings.

• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to create detailed shop drawings and cut lists.

• Coordinate with project managers, production staff, and CNC operators to ensure clarity and accuracy of all technical documents.

• Manage the transfer of information from design through fabrication, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement design revisions as needed.

• Maintain organized digital records of drawings, models, and revisions using company file management protocols.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, shifting focus quickly and efficiently as needed.

• Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow and support internal continuous improvement efforts.

• 3+ years of experience in custom millwork or cabinetry engineering (commercial projects preferred).

• Proficiency in Cabinet Vision required; Microvellum experience acceptable if candidate can transition to Cabinet Vision.

• Strong understanding of machining data and how it translates to shop floor operations.

• Advanced ability to read and create architectural and fabrication drawings.

• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes and ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
