- Develop and implement business plans aligned with sales strategies.
- Prioritize customer engagement to influence prescribing behavior.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to foster customer dialogue.
- Drive market share growth by navigating the adoption continuum.
- Adopt a growth mindset and focus on pursuing opportunities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in assigned geography.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales with strong clinical and technical skills.
- Ability to analyze and present scientific/marketing materials effectively.
- Knowledge of payer landscape, including commercial and Medicare.
- Strong analytical skills to develop actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and technological proficiency.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $108,000 to $135,000.
- Eligibility for merit-based salary increases and short incentive plans.
