Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and carry out repairs in our manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is critical to minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and servicing of equipment according to maintenance schedules.
  
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  
• Receive, prioritize, and document work orders in the maintenance management system (CMMS).
  
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies; recommend reordering as needed.
  
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.
  
• Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
  
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and ability to follow schedules.
  
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
