Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and carry out repairs in our manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is critical to minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and servicing of equipment according to maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Receive, prioritize, and document work orders in the maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies; recommend reordering as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
