- Prospect, pitch, and close advertising opportunities with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain macro-relationships with media companies, serving as the point of contact.
- Develop tools to track and optimize fill rates across advertising offerings.
- Collaborate with NCPs and inside sales to identify advertising sales opportunities.
- Engage with editorial teams for consistent alignment with healthcare trends.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical communications or advertising sales.
- Proven track record in selling digital and print advertising.
- Experience working with healthcare clients, particularly in Oncology is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms.
