- Sell supply chain software solutions to new and existing enterprise customers
- Prospect, qualify, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities from marketing engagements and leads within existing accounts
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
- Drive the sales process from qualification to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates
- Present solutions to stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, finance, quality, supply chain, and marketing, up to C-level executives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and overcome complex sales cycle challenges
- Leverage insights into client business drivers to teach, tailor, and influence purchasing decisions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment while maintaining exceptional organization and focus
- 7+ years of successful experience as a Sales or Account Executive, ideally with supply chain, global trade, or transportation execution solutions
- Proven ability to provide customers with unique insights that drive adoption of software solutions
- Experience analyzing client business drivers to customize solutions and influence outcomes
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex sales opportunities
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, Customer-Centric, or Sandler
- Understanding of marketing and customer acquisition processes
- Experience in industries such as automotive, high tech, industrial, life sciences, logistics, consumer products, food and beverage, or similar
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Availability to travel 3050% as required
- Competitive base salary of $130K$150K USD annually, plus commission ($260K$300K OTE)
