Primary Objectives of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing & Creative Services team in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating campaign logistics, managing vendor relationships, supporting content development, and assisting with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow within the field.

Major Areas of Accountability:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential initiatives.
  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns based on client and/or internal team requests and goals.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, tools, collateral, and shared assets.
  • Curate and maintain DCi’s internal photo gallery for marketing and internal communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Develop tailored marketing materials for various markets using brand assets, messaging frameworks, and visual content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables align with brand standards and budget parameters.
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding new vendors and partners, including cost analysis.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support social media content planning and scheduling across platforms as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reports and analytics to measure effectiveness as needed.
  • Attend industry events and webinars to stay informed on marketing trends and best practices.
  • Provide coverage and support for team members during PTO or peak project periods.
  • Continuously seek out fresh ideas and inspiration to enhance marketing efforts and share insights with the broader team.
  • Coordinate vendor and venue holds for marketing programs and events, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
  • Support the Marketing department with visuals and copywriting for the Design & Development Department as needed

Knowledge and Skill Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva and email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit.
