Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 / hour

Product Reliability Technician
The Product Reliability Technician supports engineering and operations teams by assisting with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and product testing. This role helps ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities


Essential Functions:
  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and document work completed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools.
  • Support production by verifying test-related failures and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Work with engineers and technicians to resolve problems and document solutions.
  • Participate in equipment setup and commissioning for new projects.
  • Provide basic technical support and training to operators to maintain efficient production flow.
  • Help maintain spare parts inventory and ensure tolls and equipment are calibrated.
Secondary Functions:
  • Assist with process improvements and reliability initiatives.
  • Support development and implementation of new testing methods and equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to improve reliability practices.

Job Qualifications


Education/Certifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education/Certifications:
  • Technical training or coursework preferred (but not required if experience is present).
Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a related technical role.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic understanding of testing equipment and calibration practices is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and understand basic electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
