Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee assigned field crews, ensuring accountability and compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Manage crew mobilization and demobilization activities, confirming that all equipment, tools, and documentation are properly organized and ready for each project.
• Perform on-site inspections, collect vibration data, conduct alignments, and carry out operational checks to assess equipment condition and performance.
• Deliver technical support in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electric motors, generators, and associated systems.
• Assist with and validate field measurements, precision fits, and component installations to ensure accurate repairs and reliable equipment operation.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in electrical service repair of rotating electric/mechanical apparatus.
• Minimum of five years of experience working directly with ERP systems.
• High competency level in MS Office applications.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card & Security Passport
• Ability to complete the OSHA Basic Plus Orientation
• Participation in the DISA Program
• Valid drivers license with no major violations in the past three years.
• Availability of working overtime, weekends, on-call, and off-shift as needed.
• Must be able to pass a drug and physical test.
