Billing Associate at Integrative Therapy Institute of New Jersey – Metuchen, New Jersey

Seeking Part Time Billing Department Associate for expanding mental health and training institute. Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, must display superior attention to detail and have the confidence to learn new web based billing systems. Experience working with insurance companies or within a medical office is preferred.

Strong math, computer and professional communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.

Duties will include: speaking to clients regarding billing related issues, contacting insurance companies for insurance verification and claim follow up, data entry and participation in virtual and in-person meetings.

Starting pay rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9-3 pm w/ occasional availability to work until 4pm

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: Virtual

Candidates must reside in Central New Jersey, as occasional in-person meeting attendance is required.
