This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced IT Program Manager ready to drive complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end program deliverymanaging scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise-level projects. Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, youll ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with long-term strategic goals. The role requires executive presence, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams. In a fast-evolving digital environment shaped by cloud, AI, and automation, youll play a key part in delivering measurable business value. This remote role offers national exposure with up to 25% travel as needed.

Accountabilities:

Manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects across multiple service offerings, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Lead stakeholder alignment across internal teams, partners, and client sponsors, managing expectations and driving clear communication.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and issue logs using standard project management tools.
Oversee program governance, including change management, cost control, quality assurance, and escalation management.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings such as Scrum ceremonies, technical deep dives, and executive status updates.
Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with sales and delivery leadership to support customer value realization and overall business growth.
Lead distributed, virtual, and offshore teams while ensuring performance, accountability, and program transparency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional and/or military experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project and program management within consulting or enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Executive presence with exceptional client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience leading cloud-focused programs (AWS and/or Azure) is preferred.
PMP, CSM, or similar professional certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
