We’re looking for a Marketing Partner Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can manage agencies, align internal stakeholders, enforce accountability, and ensure every marketing dollar produces results.

What You’ll DoAgency & Vendor ManagementOwn third-party marketing partner relationships end-to-end.
Source, negotiate, and manage scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables.
Hold agencies and contractors accountable to performance, deadlines, and quality standards.
Proactively address underperformance and drive optimization plans.
Partner with Product Managers to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and patient growth.
Translate strategy into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.
Review creative assets and ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination.
Track KPIs and campaign performance across vendors.
Ensure measurable ROI tied directly to business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase impact.
Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing leadership.
Bring structure to workflows, calendars, and partner communications.
Improve processes to streamline execution across teams.
Maintain clear visibility into campaign status, blockers, and outcomes.
3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or high-growth environments preferred).
2+ years managing agencies, vendors, or external marketing partners.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Experience developing creative briefs and overseeing campaign execution.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
A bias for action and performance.
