Marketing Coordinator at Carroll Water – Silver Spring, Maryland

Carroll Water is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our promotional activities in big box retail locations. In this role, you’ll set up and oversee marketing events, train and guide our Lead Generation team, and help ensure customer engagement goals are met. You’ll also step in as a Lead Generator when needed, directly connecting with potential customers and promoting our water systems.

What You’ll Do:

· Set up and break down roadshows and promotional events in retail stores

· Interview, train, and mentor new Lead Generators on equipment, best practices, and customer engagement

· Work closely with Lead Generators to ensure they’re hitting their performance goals

· Step in as a Lead Generator at various store locations when needed

· Represent Carroll Water at events, trade shows, and retail promotions

· Engage with potential customers, educate them on our water systems, and collect qualified leads

· Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve outreach campaigns

· Support additional marketing projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Outgoing personality with a passion for working with people

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required for store/event locations)

· Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings

· Previous experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination preferred

Compensation & Perks:

· $22/hr base pay

· Monthly Bonus Potential

· Monthly gas card reimbursement (up to $100)

· $200 bonus per employee you successfully train and support who stays 6+ months
