Potwash at LSG Sky Chefs – Orlando, Florida

DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

This position consists of cleaning potwash room, sweeping and mopping floors Sanitaizing walls. Responsibility also includes washing and sanitaizing pots, pans, utensils, smallware, grills, kettles, combi ovens, and skillets. Inventory and refilling soap, sanitizer and paper towels. Restocking ice for product shocking. Must maintain sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations. Assist in other duties as needed.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Flexibility -- able to react to changing priorities

• Must be able to lift/push up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work in cold and/or hot environment
