Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 $90,000 annually plus performance bonuses.
Location: Florida (Statewide projects).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

You will serve as the primary field leader for one of Florida's premier masonry and concrete experts, overseeing high-profile projects from pre-construction to final closeout. This role gives you the autonomy to direct large-scale commercial builds while ensuring the elite quality standards that have defined our 30-year reputation. You will make a lasting impact by mentoring skilled crews and delivering critical infrastructure for major retail, medical, and industrial clients.
How You Will Make an ImpactDirect all daily site activities for masonry and concrete projects to ensure alignment with contract specifications and schedules.
Lead and mentor on-site crews, including masons and subcontractors, to maximize productivity and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct rigorous daily inspections to verify that all workmanship meets architectural designs and structural blueprints.
Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free job site for every professional.
Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain project momentum.
Manage project logistics by tracking material usage and ensuring specialized equipment is utilized efficiently to protect the budget.
Prepare comprehensive daily field reports and documentation to provide stakeholders with transparent updates on project milestones.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent specifically within the masonry and concrete sectors.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and construction documents with high technical accuracy.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse crews and resolve on-site conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in using modern technology including laptops, tablets, and mobile applications for project tracking and reporting.
Absolute willingness to travel across the state of Florida to provide consistent oversight for various project assignments.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to enhance communication with field crews and subcontractors.
Advanced knowledge of specialized masonry techniques and the handling of reinforced steel and high-performance concrete.
Proven track record of managing large-scale "Big-Box" retail or multi-story commercial construction projects.
